(All indoor posts for the ground floor will be placed here please, just use the title of the thread to indicate where you are. We're just getting started so I'm sure we'll all find a good system soon.)
A voice echoed through the rooms, people being woken on beds and couches where they more than likely hadn't been on one before. It was a voice that sounded remarkably like Tim Curry actually. "Guests! Everyone, time to wake up! Come to get breakfast and I'm sure there might be a clue or two I can give you about what's going on. Just follow the sound of my voice~."
There was a quiet laugh, but any who followed the voice actually could, little singsonging leading the way off to the breakfast nook.

"You doin okay over there Belle?"
Re: Breakfast Nook
He peered at Isabella quietly when Zack asked that question. How many of them here were strange? he could tell a fair number where just by a careful glance. Though a few he wasn't certain of.
Re: Breakfast Nook
"Not really, no. This is all a little much, but I'll just have to endure and hope for the best."
Re: Breakfast Nook
He watched her a moment more before glancing back to Allen again. "Well, I kinda met you yesterday, but you were younger than you are now, so this is kinda weird. More weird than everything else was anyway."
Re: Breakfast Nook
He had to wonder if maybe he had a few missing memories like some accused him he did. The end of the ark battles that ended the war was hazy at best. Something about all that just told him it was best to leave those alone.
Re: Breakfast Nook
It wasn't the moment for delusions, he told himself and approached the people. "Excuse me, do you know what place is this?"
Re: Breakfast Nook
"Please, don't apologize on my account. You're quite right. I've lived, apparently, a sheltered life and yes, this talk does make me a tad uncomfortable. But I am not so easily offended." The tea held no flavor for her any longer so she dismissed it, pushing it towards the middle of the table. "Continue your conversation, gentlemen, and do not mind me."
Another to arrive and it was just the distraction she silently begged for. Her smile was a bit glassy but she meant well when she looked towards the stranger. "A cage." She answered simply and let the implication hang in the air as she once again pressed her fingers against the collar.
Re: Breakfast Nook
Whipping his attention over to the doorway to look, he was only frozen for a half beat before he was up out of his chair and had made a move to get the blond man in a tight hug. He couldn't really be blamed if his relief at the guy being up and around and okay made him just a little too exuberant.
Re: Breakfast Nook
He missed Kanda and the others. The white haired warrior hid his growing depression rather well though. "A very pretty cage." He breathed.

Re: Breakfast Nook
Shakily she turned away from the scene, touching as it was, to try and will her heart to slow down a fraction before it burst. All this talk of military, corporations that ran worlds, mythical beings sitting just a scant few feet from her. . .she needed to go back to bed and pray she woke up from this vivid dream before her sanity was truly lost. However she knew it wasn't possible. It all looked and felt too real to be a dream which made things even worse.
But the idea of laying down seemed like a good idea, just as soon as the world stopped making trying to send her to an early grave with all the weird characters, talk of war, and everything else that could possibly be thrown her way. Quietly she wished for the eccentric insanity she was use to; where was Miwako when she needed her most?
